Ordering Process:

- Product availability will be rechecked, after which you will receive a confirmation call-back. At this point, you may reconfirm, modify or cancel your order.
- After your reconfirmation, your order will be dispatched and will normally take 1 – 3 Working Days.
- As a matter of policy, you must pay the Courier agent prior to receiving and opening the sealed package containing your order.
- If you have any concerns or comments upon receipt of your order, please contact us immediately, we may ensure your satisfaction.

- The Courier agent will not take back the order once the package is opened. If you do not pay or receive the order, it will be returned to us.
